Selection
The products and services offered by the Médicus Orthopedic Laboratory are carefully selected beginning with criteria based on quality, effectiveness and function. A Product Control team and a full Research & Development department regularly analyse and test products in order to offer a superior quality selection tailored to your needs.
Distributed products
All distributed Médicus Orthopedic Laboratory products hold a manufacturers warranty. A defective product, returned to the manufacturer along with the original receipt, will be replaced.
Fitted products
The manufacturers warranty also applies to products such as orthoses, supports, splints and other fitted products. Furthermore, the Médicus Orthopedic Laboratory offers a guarantee on any defects in adjustments made by its staff and any defect resulting from these adjustments. In such cases, the product will be replaced or re-manufactured.
Manufactured products
All products made within the Médicus Orthopedic Laboratory are covered by warranty. If any of these products are, or become, faulty they will be replaced upon presentation of the original receipt.
Foot orthotics
Foot orthotics made in the Médicus Orthotic Laboratory are guaranteed for a period of 12 weeks (3 months) wherein all modifications will be made cost free.
